Burmese Monks have long been associated with the struggle for democracy in Burma and with new government crackdowns there is even less communication with the outside world. The footage provides a unique window into the lives of Monks and follows them during a 24 hour period - covering their daily routines from their morning prayers, walking the streets with begging bowls, young monks inside classrooms, and includes rare coverage of the infamous Moustache Brothers performing their anti-government comedy routine.
